IIS rewrite php临时目录

不进行设置时，IIS的重定向没开，打开除了主页外的任何网页都404 error。
首先需要下载IIS重定向模块
https://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/url-rewrite

其次需要编辑网站根目录web.config即可解决

php临时目录设置在网站目录仍报错，更改临时目录并设置好用户访问权限即可
upload_tmp_dir = C:/temp
